Ribes sanguineum

This Skywatch Friday picture was taken on a nature walk I took with two of my children the other day. I have been posting a series of pictures from this walk and they can be found here and here.

Please be sure to visit other Skywatch Friday posts as they are always a treat!

That canopy of tree branches is magnificent. :) Just like the robin I’m listening to, well after dusk. And the frogs. Ah, spring. :)

These photos always make one feel very tiny in the grand, expansive universe! Great perspective.

Tall trees! My husband is a logger and I love walking up his skid road but we don’t have trees this tall. Awesome!

I didn’t get very far around the SWF world today, no time (spent what little I had gardening instead!), but am glad I made it to your corner of the world. Funny (or not really, just typical) that both of ours were through the trees!

Loved the photos from your walk! The red is so beautiful against all the more subtle colors. Come join us sometime for Bloomin’ Tuesday. Jean
