Last year I let some go to seed and they are now coming up all over the herb garden. They self-sowed very nicely much to my surprise. You have to catch cilantro seed before it gets to dry and scatters itself everywhere like mine did. The seed is also edible and someday I will gather enough to use in the kitchen.
